This website is very cool- it actually is a blog that talks about the educational uses of google earth. It talks about how you can look at major geographical features on the earth and also how you can use google earth for history, science, math and really all other subjects. This could be used by teachers as a reference to see HOW they can use it in the classroom.

This site gives lesson plan ideas and other uses for google earth in the classroom. It also gives classroom tips on how to incorporate google earth appropriately. Visual/Digital examples of the quality of google earth photos are on the website and would give a person who has never used google earth before an opportunity to see what it is about. This website is great because of the lesson plans and classroom tips it provides. A future teacher could reference it to get ideas.

This website, also dealing with google earth is of a different nature than the first 2 I listed above. This website deals with the legal concerns of google earth and why some schools are being refused the right to use it because its license does not specifically mention google earth's place in educational settings. This website also has comments by users of google earth and also has places for you to post your own comments. This website could be used as a reference for teachers who may want to use google earth in the classroom.
(STANDARD: Technology Resource Tools, Tecnology productivity tools, and basic operations and concepts are all used with google earth. It is used as a solid research tool and it enhances learning. It also explains nature and weather. )
